Three boats docked at Manuel Reef Marina were struck by burglars early Saturday morning, police said.

The thieves escaped with two cell phones, a laptop and a small amount of cash at about 2:40 a.m., according to Diane Drayton, the police information officer.

Another laptop was recovered “some distance away,” Ms. Drayton said.

The burglaries were not the first in the area.

On Feb. 14, a laptop was stolen from the Husky Salvage and Towing building at the marina, said Maya Barbir, the computer’s owner. Ms. Barbir and her boyfriend Nico Grove, a Husky employee, were also victims of a similar crime a little over a year ago, she said. Two laptops and two cameras were stolen from the couple’s powerboat Funseeker, which Ms. Barbir said was docked at the marina.

The couple was on the boat when two burglars climbed aboard and escaped with the electronics, she said.

“Pretty much, they’re focused on cameras and laptops,” Ms. Barbir said of the thieves targeting the marina.
