There were 103 active Covid-19 cases throughout the territory as of last Thursday, according to the government’s most recent update.

Numbers from the Covid-19 dashboard released that day show that 96 cases were recorded in Tortola while seven were found in Virgin Gorda.

Sixty-seven of the cases were local and 16 others were found through contact tracing.

Ten cases were found through entry screening on “day five,” six through travel screenings, and four through entry screening on “day zero,” the dashboard stated.

The number of active cases was up from 95 at government’s previous update on April 21.

Prior to that, government reported on April 7 that there were only 19 active cases in the territory.
