Maintenance Manager needed. Looking for a seasoned individual to act as Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance aspects of a private property on Virgin Gorda. The Maintenance Manager would be responsible for all preventative and corrective maintenance of the various mechanical, electrical, irrigation, plumbing, HVAC, security, and IT systems. The Maintenance Manager would be required to manage a staff of approximately 5 full-time employees including but not limited to maintenance personnel and gardeners. The Maintenance Manager would also be responsible for the maintenance and operation of a 45-foot motor yacht and a 30-foot center console vessel which currently serve the property and its owners. The successful candidate shall have significant yacht maintenance experience including no less than 10 years hands-on experience maintaining without limitations, diesel and gasoline engine and generators, water makers, 12- and 24-volts dc and 110 and 220 ac electrical systems, hydraulic, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Furthermore, the successful candidate shall have substantial yachting experience in the Caribbean. A yacht master’s degree would be a plus.
