The H. Lavity Stoutt Community College’s 2010-2011 Performing Arts Series will end Saturday with a concert by HLSCC’s musical groups.
The 8 p.m. show at the college’s Paraquita Bay campus will feature six groups – the Chamber, Woodwind, Brass, Jazz, and Virgin Gorda Wind ensembles — as well as the Concert Chorale, according to an HLSCC press release.
The event, dubbed the Summer Music Fest, traditionally ends the college’s concert series and is one of two annual performances by the groups. The groups also perform at a Christmas concert.
Adult tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door, and children’s tickets are $5.
