Police are asking for help locating Norbert Wheatley, who goes by “Fix It.”
He was wearing a long-sleeve white shirt, long khaki pants, a wrist watch and a cap, according to Police Information Officer Diane Drayton.
He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
Anyone who has seen Mr. Wheatley since Sept. 10 or knows his whereabouts is asked to contact police on one of the following emergency numbers: 344-1818, 344-1822 or 344-1977 for Digicel; 545-4866 for Flow; or 468-9001 or 468-9000 for CCT.
