Four people were hospitalised May 5 after being struck by a car at around 6:15 a.m. in Carrot Bay, Police Information Officer Akia Thomas stated the same day.
Ms. Thomas said the driver “has been identified” but did not provide a name, adding that investigations are ongoing.
On Tuesday, Ms. Thomas said no one had been charged in relation to the crash.
She added that she had no further updates.
