Police seized two illegal firearms and arrested a 29-year-old man following an early morning operation last Thursday in Carrot Bay, police said the next day.

Travis Osbourne was taken into custody, and police confiscated a revolver and shotgun found at his residence, according to the Police Information Office. He was subsequently charged with two counts of keeping an unlicensed firearm.

Police didn’t provide any further details.

They are asking the public to provide them with information about anyone in the territory in possession of illegal firearms.
