After four Haitian migrants escaped detention from Hotel Castle Maria in Road Town on late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, three were apprehended.
But one, Sem Duverval, was still at large as of Monday afternoon, government announced that day.
Chief Immigration Officer Ian Penn said the escapees were immediately reported to police and the “necessary location searches are ongoing.”
