One way to improve medical service in the territory is for residents to complain, said John Cline, chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority, at a community meeting at the Ashford Waters Community Centre on Virgin Gorda on Aug. 29.

“We want to hear your complaints because if we don’t hear your complaints we won’t know what to fix,” Mr. Cline told attendees.

He advised that when making a complaint, residents should write it down, name the people involved, and “be truthful.”

“We don’t want you to have a bad experience,” Mr. Cline said, adding that feedback from the public is “the only way we can fix stuff.”
