The BVI Investment Club has purchased the remaining shares of CCT Global Communications and now completely owns the mobile phone provider.

The club announced Tuesday that it bought the 50 percent stake in the firm that it didn’t already own from BVCT Partners LP, a holding company affiliated with part-time Virgin Islands resident Dr. Henry Jarecki. A purchase price was not disclosed.

The purchase is a “significant ownership milestone” for the club, which will hold the investment though Sage Investment Holdings and its related companies, according to a BVIIC press release.

“The ownership of CCT has always been a source of national pride and we encourage you to join us in commemorating this historic accomplishment,” the release stated.
