Dear People of the Virgin Islands,
Here is a photo of your smoking, burning dump on Monday. Unfortunately, in the United States Virgin Islands, we get to see and smell your dump smoke way too often, when light winds bring it our way. Please properly repair the incinerator and stop open burning. This is not healthy for any of us.
Fixing the incinerator needs to be prioritised, and then the promised scrubber needs to be added. We have waited for the scrubber for more than eight years now. What do we need to do so that this problem will receive the attention it needs?
Please rally your government to do this!
