Jevaughn Nibbs, 27, of Ballast Bay, was arrested last Thursday and charged with eight counts of indecent assault, Police Information Officer Diane Drayton stated on Monday.
Ms. Drayton stated that he was scheduled to appear before Magistrates’ Court at the next available sitting, but on Monday court officials said that Mr. Nibb’s court hearing was not yet scheduled.
“No other details can be provided at this time,” Ms. Drayton said.
