Kani Hazel appeared in High Court on Friday for a preparatory hearing into three charges relating to an alleged firearm incident last year.
He is charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, and unlawful and malicious wounding.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at East End on June 16, 2016.
Representing the Crown was Senior Crown Counsel Garcia Kelly before High Court Justice Nicola Byer.
Mr. Hazel will return to High Court in Road Town on Sept. 25 to answer to the charges.
