Two men were killed in a wreck on Tuesday afternoon at the bottom of Joes Hill, where a sewage truck overturned.

The deceased are Henderson Legair, 32, and Kenroy Joseph, 23, police said Tuesday.

Mr. Legair was pronounced dead at the scene, and Mr. Joseph was taken by ambulance to the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, according to the Police Information Office.

Videos of the aftermath circulating online showed police and other emergency personnel responding to the overturned truck.

Later, cranes arrived on the scene to help remove the wreckage.

The Methodist Manse Road was briefly closed, as was the section between that road and the bottom of Joes Hill.

Police said Tuesday that details surrounding the wreck were unclear, but investigations were ongoing.
