Sunshine Grocery Store near Main Street was allegedly burgled over the weekend while a 24-hour curfew was in effect, according to a Monday police press release.

The police were notified about the alleged burglary on Monday by a representative of the store, who said that the establishment had been secured by the end of the day Friday, according to the press release.

No arrests have been made in relation to the incident and the police report did not list what was allegedly damaged or stolen, according to Police Information Officer Akia Thomas.

“Anyone with pertinent information about this incident [is] asked to contact the [police force] at its three-digit access number 311 or the Intelligence Unit at 368-9339. All information will be treated with the strictest confidence,” the press release states.
