The event started at Trellis Bay on Saturday morning and finished at Anegada.

The fleet sailed to The Dogs and then finished at Anegada.

All 30 entries completed the 20-mile race, with boats ranging from a 24-foot Melges to a traditional steel gaff rigged ketch to a new 62-foot catamaran.

“It was a colorful sight with all the spinnakers flying on the way to Anegada,” said an organiser in a release sent to this newspaper.

On Sunday, the event featured a lay-day with swimming, snorkeling and games on the beach.

On Monday, a race to Nanny Cay was cancelled due to a lack of wind. However, the award ceremony was held there later that day.

Robin Pinfold, 74, the former owner of Kuralu, travelled from Cornwall, England to compete in the event for the 17th time.

“I would not miss it for anything,” he said.
