FSC advisory

The Financial Services Commission issued a warning last month against an entity that calls itself FXGlory Ltd. According to the FSC, FXGlory has been offering online investment products and trading in other forex related products and services, and it presents itself as being incorporated and regulated in the Virgin Islands. However, the FSC stated, the entity has never been registered or incorporated as a business company here. “Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time by or conducting any business with FXGlory Ltd,” the agency stated.
