CIS is sending an under-13 boys team and an under-13 girls team for the second consecutive year.

For the past four years, the school has fielded a boys team.

This year the tournament lowered its age eligibility allowing younger players to compete. The Cedar team has players as young 10 years old.

The CIS teams are led by UEFA certified football coach John Reilly.

For the past two months, the players have been training two times a week in preparation for the tournament. The training has included one-day friendly matches against USVI teams in St. Thomas.

Last year, the six-a-side tournament featured teams from Barbados, the Bahamas and Jamaica.

The players will return to the VI on Monday.
