Hope Hill woman still missing

Police Information Officer Diane Drayton said Wednesday afternoon that the search for 22-year-old Nickera Smith is still ongoing and police have no new findings to report.

 

Ms. Smith, who is employed with Colonial Insurance BVI, was last seen leaving her home in Hope Hill at around 8 p.m. Jan. 27.

Police reported that several people were questioned regarding her disappearance, and one person was arrested and discharged.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ms. Smith is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 311 or the Intelligence Unit at 368-9339.
