Members of the House of Assembly are set to debate the 2013 budget Monday and Tuesday.

Lawmakers met as the Standing Finance Committee from Nov. 16-27, after Premier Dr. Orlando Smith gave his budget address Nov. 15. In it, he said government expects operating revenue to be about $298 million and “net operating expenditure” to be $252 million.

The report of SFC deliberations is slated to be released Monday.

According to the Order Paper for the sitting, legislators will also make public annual reports from the Social Development Department, the Public Works Department, the Ministry of Communications and Works and the Complaints Commissioner’s office.
