Police have brought charges against a man they say trespassed on the grounds of the Road Town Police Station on April 24, according to Police Information Officer Diane Drayton.

Glenville Callwood, 20, of Baughers Bay, was charged with criminal trespass and criminal damage on Friday, said Ms. Drayton, who added that the second charge was pressed because Mr. Callwood allegedly damaged an officer’s private vehicle while on the compound.

Mr. Callwood also was caught on a stolen scooter recently, according to a police announcement last week.

He was charged with burglary for that alleged offence because the bike was linked to a Baughers Bay apartment that had been ransacked a week before he was detained, according to Ms. Drayton.
