Sports complex to close for repairs

The Multi-purpose Sports Complex will close on Saturday

for a month so that the facility can undergo extensive repairs, according to Government Information Services. Previously the facility had been scheduled to close on Nov. 1, GIS stated in a press release but the department did not state the reason for the change or provide details about the repairs.

According to the release, the sports complex will reopen to the public on Nov. 19.
