Three Haitian men found in Virgin Gorda earlier this month were repatriated April 11, according to Government Information Services.

The men, who are in their late 20s, were located after a resident told police they were asking for directions to the island’s main town, according a previous press release. Police Information Officer Diane Drayton said they were interviewed by police before being turned over to immigration authorities.

The migrants had arrived in the territory on a small boat on April 4 or 5, and said they were travelling with three women, one of whom is pregnant, and a boy of about 11. Authorities have not found the women or the boy.
