Isabel George, a Virgin Gorda 14-year-old who was reported missing Tuesday evening, has been found, police announced Friday morning.
She was “safely located and her general welfare needs are now being given attention,” according to the Police Information Office.
Police thanked the public for assisting with the matter.

VG teen missing
A 14-year-old girl from Virgin Gorda was reported missing on Tuesday evening, according to police.
Police announced on Wednesday that Isabel “Issy” George, of Coppermine Road, was last seen by a relative at her home at about 8 p.m. on Monday.
Ms. George is 5 feet tall and weighs about 96 pounds, and was last seen wearing a light coloured camisole and blue tights, according to police.
Anyone with information about her disappearance is asked to contact police at 311.
