Norval Young, a BVI Football Association referee who is a CONCACAF/FIFA accredited match official, has been named one of the officials for the last round of the under-17 CFU championship in Haiti on Oct. 19-26.
The teams competing in the tournament include Cuba, Barbados, Haiti, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and St. Lucia.
In 2013, Mr. Young was an official for the CFU under-15 tournament and for the CFU club championship Group 2. He was also appointed as an official at the men’s CFU championship Group 6 in St. Kitts last month and at the under-17 championships in St. Lucia back in August. In July, he was the official for the CFU under-20 championships in Curacao.
