The museum will be staffed during the open hours, so visitors can get a guided tour and ask questions, according to a December press release.

The traditional home was first made into a museum in 2000 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Legislative Council that Mr. Faulkner fought to have reinstated in the march of 1949, according to the release.

After being closed “for several years,” the museum was re-opened in time for November’s Anegada Lobster Festival: It was a featured attraction of the Anegada Passport, an activity designed to encourage attendees to visit some of the island’s attractions.

This year the BVITB plans to upgrade the museum, according to the release.
