The BVI Cycling Federation will host its first race of the season – the BVI CF 30-Mile Classic on Sunday.

The race is scheduled to start in West End near the police station. From the start line, the race will head west and turn around the Frenchmans Cay junction and head back east along the Sir Francis Drake Highway to HLSCC at Paraquita Bay. There, riders will enter the HLSCC campus and proceed around the roundabout on the campus and head back to the main road where riders will then head back to West End.  Riders should exercise special care when going through the Stop Lights in the Road Town area.

The junior category will start and finish at the same area, however, their course route will turn around at the Prospect Reef roundabout to return to the start/finish line.

All other riders will complete the full course.

The race will start at 7 a.m. with registration at 6:30 a.m. Membership to the BVICF will also be available. Members of the BVICF will pay $10 for registration, while non-members will be $20.
