A man stabbed his half brother to death during an argument about a car antennae, a prosecutor said Thursday.

Michael Jack, a 24-year-old from Georges North Side, killed Tishawn Henley, 26, after the two had a “heated argument” that led to a “scuffle,” Principal Crown Counsel Tiffany Scatliffe said in Magistrates’ Court.

The men, who have the same mother, began arguing “sometime between 5:30 and 6 p.m.” on Nov. 6, outside the three-storey building where both their families live, the prosecutor said.

“Sometime during the scuffle, the accused stabbed the deceased once on the chest area with a knife he had on his person,” the Crown counsel said.

Mr. Jack’s attorney, Stephen Daniels, asked for the matter to be heard during the February Assizes at the High Court.
