Terrance Abdullah Charles, of Freshwater Pond, pleaded guilty to murder in High Court on Monday in the killing of Allen “Tiger” Hodge, who was found shot to death in his Mayaba home in September 2010.
Mr. Hodge drove home from Road Town on the evening of Sept. 10, 2010, and “was then shot several times and killed,” Director of Public Prosecutions Elizabeth Hinds said when the matter appeared in Magistrates’ Court earlier this year.
DNA analysis indicated “the defendant’s blood was present both in the deceased’s home and in his car,” the DPP had said.
Justice Indra Hariprashad-Charles said she would hold a sentencing hearing for Mr. Charles Monday afternoon.
