Government, the BVI Red Cross and the St. Lucia-based aid organisation Caritas Antilles are registering households for assistance Thursday and Friday at locations throughout the territory, according to Government Information Services.

They plan to assist homes that meet some of the in-need criteria, including households with little or no income; people with disabilities or health issues; single-parent families; families with children under 5; and families with people over age 65.

Registration takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the centres listed below. Anyone can register at any location, regardless of where they live, according to GIS.
