Oswin Barker, a Fat Hogs Bay man accused of raping a woman in Brandywine Bay last week, was granted a $75,000 bail offer Monday, police said.
A woman made a report to police that she was raped around midnight on March 21, Police Information Officer Diane Drayton said Monday.
Mr. Barker was arrested the next day and later charged, she said.
Magistrate Tamia Richards granted Mr. Barker the $75,000 bail offer, $15,000 of which has to be paid in cash, Ms. Drayton said.
