The BVI Horse Owners’ Association will host its Boxing Day event on Dec. 26 at the Ellis Thomas Downs in Sea Cows Bay.
Six races scheduled for a post time of 1:30 p.m.
In the first race, Gafflione, Spirit of Fire, Power Ten, Cash and Carry, Blood in the Sand and Rey Miestro will compete in the seven-furlong event.
The second race is also a seven-furlong event featuring Mick G, Tiger Glider (STT), Tax Master (STT), Mr. Gold Prospect (STT, debut) and Northern Pike.
The third race will be Tiger’s Mischief, Nat’s My Kiss (debut), Glorious Memory and Moment’s Away (STT).
In the fourth race, Broken Home and Lake Texoma will compete in the 6.5-furlong event.
The fifth race will feature Good Prospecting, Voice of Faith (STT), East End Tap and Sweet Sight (STT) running for the $5,000 purse.
In the last race of the day, Square One, All Country, Khun Dan (STT) and Eastern Seaboard will compete.
