In light of the BVI Music Festival, police are asking the public to note traffic and parking restrictions on roads to Cane Garden Bay from 7 p.m.-2 a.m. today through Sunday.

The public road from the top of Meyers to the bridge at the entrance of CGB adjacent to Del’s Car Rental will flow as two-way traffic, according to police.

One-way traffic will flow from that bridge, through CGB, and to the Windy Hill exit.

Ballast Bay residents are advised to use the Windy Hill Road entrance to access their homes. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the CGB area from the Ballast Bay Road.

For Music Festival attendees, shuttles will depart from the parking lot at the Central Administration Building in Road Town, from 6-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 6-9 p.m. on Sunday. Shuttles will also take passengers back to the CAB.

Parking will not be permitted along any road leading to CGB. Parking is also prohibited near fire hydrants or in areas cordoned off by police barriers and cones.
