Since Vance Lewis assumed office of district governor for Rotary District 7020, he has visited nine of the 10 countries that make up the district. Only the Cayman Islands are left to go.
He has also visited all the clubs in his home Virgin Islands, bringing his total to 65 of the 82 district clubs.
As part of his official visits here, he held meetings with Rotarians and participated at the launch of the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School EarlyAct Club.
“It has been a joy to me that someone from the British Virgin Islands can provide leadership to the district, and can provide significant motivation to the district,” Mr. Lewis said during a press conference on Thursday at The Moorings. “It is tiring, but when the adrenaline gets going, you forget about the tiredness.”
