Legislators meeting as the Standing Finance Committee finished their deliberations on the territory’s 2015 budget in four days in November, and released a report of what Speaker of the House Ingrid Moses-Scatliffe called “a successful exercise” last month.

Although the meetings are closed to the public, each year the SFC report is released summarising the discussions. This year’s report is shorter than many previous years’, at 289 pages. Shown in full below, the report outlines discussions on a range of topics, from the territory’s schools to the revenue estimates to waste management.

During the meetings, which took place Nov. 20, 21, 24 and 25, 119 department heads, unit managers and other public officers appeared before the committee. Some made presentations, while others simply made themselves available for questions from legislators.
