Marley Donovan and Krell Lewis, both of Carrot Bay, pleaded guilty in Magistrates’ Court yesterday to one burglary charge each. They are accused of breaking in to the Pockwood Pond Delta Petroleum service station on March 18.

Nothing was stolen in that burglary, but $6,300 in damage was done to a safe and door at the service station, Crown Counsel Sarah Benjamin told the court in April.

Both men had been released on $45,000 bail, and Magistrate Tamia Richards allowed them to remain on bail until a sentencing hearing scheduled for Dec. 12.
