STEP conference
The 2016 Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Caribbean Conference will be held in St. Lucia from Monday to Wednesday.

The event’s financial services seminars will include topics that pertain to recent events that have impacted the industry. DPP hiring
The government is seeking qualified applicants to serve as the territory’s director of public prosecutions. Applications should be sent by April 27 to the Judicial and Legal Service Commission. Wayne Rajbansie has held the position since August 2012.

TRC hiring
The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is seeking qualified applicants for the position of TRC chief economist. Application information can be found at the TRC’s website. Applications should be sent by July 31, according to the agency’s job advertisement. The previous TRC chief economist was Sarah Hayes, whose contract expired last year.
