Wear blue: As part of activities for Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month, the Department of Social Development is encouraging residents to wear blue today. The agency will also host a rally this afternoon on Virgin Gorda. The event is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. at the Recreational Grounds adjacent to the Bregado Flax Educational Centre and proceed to the VG Yacht Harbour.

Exercise: Mitch Gordon of Body Images BVI offers free aerobics classes at the A. O. Shirley Recreation Grounds every Saturday at 5:30 a.m.

Party: Caribbean Cellars will host a block party this afternoon in its parking lot in Lower Estate. Entertainment will include a performance by VIBE. Proceeds will be donated to the BVI Cancer Society. Tickets cost $20.
