USVI: The annual Virgin Islands Billfish Tournament begins today at Red Hook in St. Thomas. Proceeds will be donated to the Ensemble Scolaire Pere Basile Moreau Secondary School in Haiti.
Walk: The Saturday Morning Walkers will meet at 5:15 a.m. at Mi Amor in Road Town and then walk to Sea Cows Bay before proceeding up the hill to Fort Charlotte junction, down to the Paul Wattley Road, and back to Mi Amor. More details on their routes are posted on the Facebook page “We Walk.”
Fun day: The Tortola Sports Club will host a family fun day from 1 p.m. Games and activities will include a water slide and bouncy castle, and food and drinks will be on sale. Call 542-6677.
Back to school: The Rotaract and Rotary clubs of Tortola will host a Back to School Drive at Island Services Limited at Pasea Estate and at Bolo’s Department Store in Road Town. Items collected will be donated to underprivileged families.
