Wine tasting: The VI Rugby Football Union will host a wine tasting event at Village Cay from 5:30 p.m. Tickets cost $35 for non-members and $30 for members.

Party: Club Mingles will host Freaky Friday from 10 p.m. DJ Blakka will be behind the turntable.

Saturday

Diabetes: The BVI Diabetes Association will host a walk and Zumba session from 5 a.m. at the Festival Village Grounds. The walk will go to the CSY Dock and back, and Zumba will follow. The Saturday Morning Walkers will join them at the start, but then walk a longer route.

Church: Church of God of Prophecy in Huntums Ghut will host a praise and worship session at 4:45 a.m. There will also be a fitness and exercise session. Call 542-8081 or 499-8424.

Fish fry: The Youth of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Sea Cows Bay will host a fish fry from 6 a.m. at the Happy Rainbow building opposite the church. Call 496-7543.

Movies: The BVI Red Cross will host a movie night at Captain Mulligan’s from 7 p.m. Tickets cost $20. Call 494-6349.

Cricket: Street Vikings will host a six-on-a-side cricket event at the Greenland Field. There will be live entertainment and a raffle. Admission is free.

Dinner: As part of BVI Food Fete, the BVI Tourist Board will host its second Barefoot Gourmet Soiree from 7 p.m. at Peter Island. The evening will feature courses made by six chefs. Tickets cost $200. Call 494-3134.

Party: The Rotaract Club of Tortola and VIBE will host a party tonight at Dreamz Night Club in Long Bush. Proceeds will be donated to Peebles Hospital. Tickets cost $25.

Party: Fantasea Bar at Duffs Bottom hosts Wasted Wednesday from 8 p.m. There will be a guest deejay and complimentary fish soup.

Wine: Rock Café on Virgin Gorda hosts Wine Wednesday from 6 p.m.

Happy hour: Red Rock Restaurant and Bar at East End is open for daily happy hour from 5 p.m.
