About 300 people attended the Global Glamour Runway Show on Saturday at the Crystal Ballroom at U.P.’s Cineplex.
The show was the climax of Summer Sizzle BVI 2013, a three-day fashion event organised by Virgin Islands promoter Terry Donovan.
Apart from the fashion on the runway, a subtler fashion show was evident among patrons: chic dresses and chiffon blouses were a popular choice among women, while many men wore bright blazers.
Despite a late start, attendees applauded after each designer’s collection was modeled by the nearly 40 models who walked the runway.
