A gathering of about 100 people attended the carnival-themed event, which was held by the water’s edge under a tent with colourfully decorated dinner tables.

A similar scene played out on June 18 at Scrub Island when the Rotary Club of Road Town installed a new board led by President Nelcia St. Jean. And on Saturday, the Rotary Club Sunrise will appoint its new board at Lambert Beach Resort.

All three clubs are celebrating the appointment of another VI Rotarian as the assistant district governor of Rotary District 7020: Elvis Harrigan is succeeding Delma Maduro, who will be district governor in 2018-2019 Rotary year.
